Do you guarantee your services
We take great pride in our workmanship and personalised service. We are so confident that all services come with a 30 day service guarantee, which means that if we cannot fix it, then you do not pay. If we fix any software or operating system issues on your computer and something that is directly related to our work does go wrong, we will fix it for you for no extra charge or if the problem occurs again within 30 days we will resolve the problem at no extra charge. What kind of computer services does Office IT offer?
We offer both mobile at your home or office or onsite repairs from our technolgoy kiosk at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on level 1 by Westpac
How do I pay?
We accept cash, cheque, eftpos or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
What if my computer needs to have a Windows operating system reinstalled? What do I need to know and what steps can I take to prepare for this?
In some cases, a complete format of the hard drive and reinstallation of the operating system may be required. You will be reminded to back up your computer before the arrival of the technician. If you choose to have us provide you with the data back up service, additional charges may apply. To prepare for a our visit, please gather all of the CDs or installation disks that came with your computer. You will also want to make a list of where important data files are stored so we can perform a data backup for you faster. In some cases depending on the amount of data it may be better for us to pickup the computer, do the repair at our technology kiosk and then drop back to you.
